In case someone is thinking I only paint marbles and shadows, I am putting up "Fireman" an 8" x10" oil painting of a boy I have not yet met. Saw his photo taking up the entire computer screen in his grandmother's studio and had to paint him.
Kim Hetherington, another artist, has a studio in Chevy Chase MD and also in Bremen Maine, near me. The muse in her studio(s) always captures me. I have done some work I really like when painting with her.
The painting is no longer for sale.
Speaking of Maine. It was 8 degrees at my home this morning and the wind was howling. Time to paint some tulips!
